WELS CEF Staff
Our officers are appointed by our Board of Directors to manage the day-to-day operations of WELS CEF.

Mr. Page currently serves as Executive Director since September of 2015. Mr. Page began with WELS CEF in June of 2014 where he served as the Loan Servicing Manager. Prior to his work with CEF, Mr. Page was a Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase serving as a retail mortgage risk director. His 28 year career with JPMC also included senior management roles in retail credit administration, retail lending operations / site management, marketing and sales administration, retail district / branch management, and consumer and small business lending officer roles. Prior to his employment with JPMC, he worked in the indirect automobile financing/servicing and consumer lending industry. Mr. Page is a 1979 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration / Recreation Management.

Mr. Roser has been an employee of WELS serving as the Loan Servicing Manager for WELS CEF since January 2016. The previous 5 years he worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank as a home equity mortgage underwriter. From 2004-2010, Mr. Roser was the Executive Administrator for Lutheran Association for Church Extension, Inc. (LACE). His prior banking experience includes management roles in client relations, consumer lending and loss mitigation. Mr. Roser graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

Nancy has been an employee of the Synod since 1986 and joined the WELS CEF team in 2009. She handles state compliance registrations for WELS CEF. She also works with Brian Roser providing service on existing loans. If you have questions on an existing CEF loan, she is happy to assist.

Greta returned to WELS CEF in April of 2016 after taking 16 years off to raise her family. She had previously worked in the CEF for 10 years. She serves as our Investment Specialist. She provides customer service on investments made by WELS members, WELS congregations, and affiliated WELS organizations. If you have a question regarding your existing CEF investments, she is happy to assist.
