The Final Judgment

¹¹ Then I saw a great white throne and the one who sat on it. The earth and the sky fled from his presence, and no place was found for them. ¹² I also saw the dead, great and small, standing in front of the throne, and books were opened. Another book was also opened, which is the Book of Life. The dead were judged by the things written in the books, according to what they had done. ¹³ The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and the Grave ^[1] gave up the dead that were in them, and they were judged, each one according to what he had done.

¹⁴ Death and the Grave ^[2] were thrown into the Lake of Fire. The Lake of Fire is the second death. ¹⁵ If anyone’s name was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the Lake of Fire.
