In mid-November, members from WELS congregations in Texas and Florida gathered at Christ Lutheran Church in Denver, Colorado, for a Spanish Outreach Intensive—an event designed to help churches reach their Spanish-speaking neighbors using local gifts and Academia Cristo resources.
|

Modeled after Home Missions’ Church Planter Intensive, the gathering led each team to create an 18-month outreach plan. One participant captured the spirit well: “Un gran flujo de conversaciones . . . que nos animaron y recargaron el deseo de compartir el evangelio.” ("A great flow of conversations... that encouraged us and recharged our desire to share the gospel.”)
