Trust is built quickly when people grapple, struggle, and improve side by side.
What began on the mats at Renzo Gracie DFW in Texas has become something much bigger than martial arts training. Through friendships built on humility, perseverance, and trust, meaningful conversations about faith began to grow—eventually leading students to worship alongside one another at Christ Alone in Keller, Texas.
The relationships formed through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu have become more than training partnerships. They’ve created space for authentic conversations, lasting community, and opportunities to connect people with the hope found in Christ.

Read more about how God is working through these connections—from the mats to the pews.

Crossroads Christian Church, a mission restart in downtown Chicago, Ill., held its first public worship service on Easter Sunday. Set in the heart of a busy city, this ministry is embracing creative outreach—finding ways to meet people where they are, whether through personal connections, community engagement, or simply being a visible presence in a fast-paced urban environment.
Hear more from Jacob Borgwardt, pastor at Crossroads Christian Church, as he reflects on this milestone service and shares how Crossroads is reaching the lost in Chicago with the gospel.

Resurrection Lutheran Church is an established congregation with a highly visible campus in Chesapeake, Va.—one of the state’s largest and fastest growing cities. In recent years, the congregation has regained momentum under the leadership of a retiring pastor who helped strengthen worship life, stewardship, and outreach. A Home Missions enhancement grant will provide a short-term bridge as Resurrection calls a new pastor, allowing the congregation to build on that progress and continue reaching its community with the gospel.
