WELS Investment Funds has retained Vanguard Institutional Advisory Services® (VIAS) as its primary investment advisor. VIAS assists the Board in implementing WELS Investment Funds’ investment policies by focusing on controlling three primary factors: risk through asset allocation and diversification, selection of quality investment managers, and investment related costs.

VIAS is dedicated to providing investment advisory services to institutional clients, including foundations, nonprofit corporations and other charitable organizations.

VIAS provides investment services through Vanguard Advisors, Inc. (VAI), a federally registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. VIAS operates from Vanguard’s corporate headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
