The youth rally is targeted to youth who, as of the spring of 2018, are:
- confirmed and completing eighth grade
- graduating senior from high school
- anywhere in between
Note: Adult/youth ratio must be 1 adult to 6 youth of the same gender at all times while on the BGSU campus.
Registration: Mar. 1 – May 31
- $345 early-bird rate until April 30
- $370 May 1-May 31
Contact Youth Leader registration is now open.
Youth and Youth Leader Registration will be available after your Contact Youth Leader’s registration has been processed (wait for your CYL to let you know when and how you can register).
Rally registration booklets have been sent to all WELS/ELS churches and schools and 2016 rally contact youth leaders. You can also download one below.

Additionally, here are forms that you will need for registration:
- Group sign-up sheet: necessary for contact youth leader registration
- Medical release worksheet (for youth)
- Terms and conditions: same for youth and youth leader (you will acknowledge this document during online registration)
- Christian conduct covenants: youth and youth leader (2 pages, helpful for rally planning meetings)
Add-on Trips Available to ALL Rally Attendees
CREATION MUSEUM AND ARK ENCOUNTER
The Northern Wisconsin District (NWDCYFM) is also organizing a two day/one-night add-on adventure to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Large group reservations have been made at area hotels and a discounted rate received from the Ark Encounter/Creation Museum, making this a very affordable add-on. The Creation/Ark event will take place on the afternoon/evening of Monday, June 25 and wrap up at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 26 to allow travel time to Bowling Green, Ohio. The cost per person including event tickets, three meals, individual and group contests/prizes, and lodging is $135.00 for quadruple hotel occupancy and $175.00 for double occupancy. This add-on adventure is sure to be a memorable and impactful experience for all involved. This add-on is available for all congregations, even those outside of the Northern Wisconsin District.
CEDAR POINT AMUSEMENT PARK/CEDAR SHORES WATER PARK
The NWDCYFM is also organizing an afternoon/evening at Cedar Point/Shores after the rally ends on Friday, June 29. This add-on will cost $30.00-65.00 per person depending on which park(s) they wish to enjoy. This add-on is available for all congregations, even those outside of the Northern Wisconsin District.
The Northern Wisconsin District Commission of Youth and Family Ministry (NWDCYFM) is organizing tour bus transportation from pick up points in Rhinelander, Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, and Fond du Lac. Contact transportation coordinator Kristy Pratt at firstname.lastname@example.org or 580.370.0050 to organize transportation for your congregation. Busing per person will between $100 and $160 depending on pick up point and destinations.
