    A Time for Meditation

    By Dave Liggett:Bio on June 13, 2008

Summertime gives many of us the opportunity to do as the Psalmist suggests in Psalm 8:3-4 “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him.” One of the true joys of summer is making use of a clear, dark night to take a good long look at the moon and the stars. The same God who made us, made them for us to enjoy. May all of us find time during these slightly less rushed months of summer to spend additional time in meditation.  Do you have any helpful hints on places and ways to meditate?
