Abide in the Vine

Not just another conference!
National School Leadership Conference held June 16-19, 2008
WELS Parish Schools has offered Leadership conferences in the past. Abide in the Vine is open to all WELS educators, pastors, and interested lay members (usually board of education members). We are encouraging pastors to invite their members who teach in public schools, as the conference would also be beneficial for them, especially the single day option on Wednesday with Dr. Harry Wong’s keynote.
The conference is designed to enhance leadership by all members of the education profession, not just principals. The three days of the conference have the following themes:
- Tuesday – bearing fruit with our colleagues (teamwork, mentoring, etc.)
- Wednesday – bearing fruit in our classrooms (instructional strategies, curriculum ideas, etc.)
- Thursday – bearing fruit in our communities (outreach, school promotion, service learning, etc.)
Join us for this opportunity to come together to learn from God’s Word!
